Hi, I’m Jacob Mealiffe, owner and technician of Maintenance in Motion. My passion for automotive maintenance started when I was 15 years old, working side by side with my dad on a 1995 Honda Passport. That project was where it all began — turning wrenches, learning the basics, and discovering how satisfying it felt to bring something mechanical back to life.

From that moment on, I was hooked. What started as a father-and-son project grew into a lifelong passion for cars and a drive to understand how they work inside and out. Over the years, I’ve gained hands-on experience with all types of vehicles, building my skills in everything from routine maintenance to more detailed mechanical repairs.

I founded Maintenance in Motion to make quality auto service more convenient, personal, and trustworthy. My mission is to bring professional automotive care straight to you — whether you’re at home, work, or anywhere in between — while providing the same honesty, reliability, and respect I’d want for my own vehicle.
